These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between j177 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through j177.lat.

By completing the j177 account registration process, by accessing the j177 Platform through any device or browser, by placing any bet, by accessing any casino game, or by making any financial transaction through j177, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the j177 Platform and close your account. Continued use of j177 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register a j177 account or access any real-money betting or casino service on the j177 Platform. This is a strict minimum — there are no exceptions and no workarounds. j177 is not accessible to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.

2.2 Age Verification Process

Age verification at j177 is conducted through mandatory CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) submission. The date of birth recorded on your CNIC is the authoritative age record for your j177 account. Self-declaration of age is not accepted as a standalone verification method. Accounts where CNIC verification reveals the holder to be under 21 are closed immediately upon discovery.

2.3 Eligibility Representations

By registering or using j177, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether voluntary or imposed;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of j177, or a close family member of such a person;
• You are accessing j177 from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law;
• All information you provide to j177 during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and your own.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active j177 account at any time. The single account limit is enforced at the CNIC level — one CNIC, one account. Opening, attempting to open, or using more than one j177 account (whether in your own name or through any other means) is a material breach of these Terms resulting in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

3.2 KYC Documentation Requirements

All j177 accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. To complete KYC verification, you must provide:

• A clear, unobstructed photograph of the front and reverse of your valid CNIC;
• A live selfie or photograph of yourself holding your CNIC;
• Verification of your registered payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account statement showing your name and account details);
• Any additional documentation j177 may reasonably request in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your j177 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. j177 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify j177 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must keep all account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered information changes — including your registered mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update it promptly through your j177 account settings or by contacting j177 support. j177 is not liable for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

j177 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast (SBP instant payment system), SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All methods except USDT TRC20 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.2 Deposit Restrictions

Deposits must be made only from payment accounts registered in your own name and verified under your CNIC. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. j177 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day, which are displayed at the point of deposit.

4.3 Deposit Processing Times

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your j177 PKR wallet within thirty (30) seconds of successful transaction confirmation in normal circumstances. Bank transfer deposits may take between ten (10) minutes and two (2) hours depending on interbank clearing times. j177 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank, mobile wallet provider, or network connectivity issues.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

j177 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. j177 reserves the right to request additional documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit at any time. Failure to provide requested AML documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified j177 account holders. Accounts with pending KYC verification or unresolved compliance queries may have withdrawal processing suspended until the relevant verification or investigation is complete.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method(s) verified under your CNIC and registered on your j177 account. j177 does not process withdrawals to accounts, mobile wallets, or bank accounts that are not registered in your name and verified under your CNIC. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

5.3 Processing Timeframes

j177 targets the following withdrawal processing timeframes for fully verified accounts:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: 2–4 hours from approval;
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: 4–24 hours from approval;
• Raast / SadaPay: 2–8 hours from approval;
• USDT TRC20: 2–12 hours from approval depending on network congestion.

These timeframes are targets, not guarantees. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or if additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Funds credited to your j177 account as a bonus, free spin winnings, or promotional credit are subject to wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms. Such funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to circumvent wagering requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives offered by j177 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all j177 promotions unless specific terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who have completed KYC verification;
• j177 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified — failing which, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited;
• j177 reserves the right to deem a player ineligible for any bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering on excluded games, hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or systematically exploiting promotional terms;
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new j177 players making their first deposit — they are not available to existing players opening new accounts.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

j177 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet for any reason at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted and odds are locked at the time the bet is confirmed — subsequent changes to displayed odds do not affect accepted bets. In the event of a system error resulting in the display of clearly erroneous odds (i.e., odds that no reasonable market operator would offer), j177 reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and return the relevant stakes.

7.2 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on j177 — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and other cricket markets — is governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the j177 Cricket section. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and j177's in-play trading decisions. j177's decision on any cricket bet outcome is final pending the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

7.3 Casino Games

All casino games available on j177 — including live dealer games, slots, table games, and game shows — operate using certified random number generation software or live dealer gameplay, as applicable. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) for each game is published in the respective game's information panel. Results of all casino games are final once settled by the game system.

7.4 Payout Limits

j177 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per product category. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting or casino product. In the event of a software fault or error that generates an outcome inconsistent with the game's design, j177 reserves the right to cancel the affected round and return stakes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j177. Engaging in any prohibited conduct results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in criminal referral where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with j177;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any player who discovers a vulnerability must report it to j177 support immediately;
• Money laundering or using j177 to process proceeds of crime;
• Providing false identity, age, or KYC documentation;
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's CNIC to circumvent account restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing j177 staff;
• Placing bets based on inside information relating to match-fixing or any form of sporting fraud;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any j177 software, content, or intellectual property.

j177 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Pakistani players. j177 provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders to alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;

By accepting these Terms, you also accept the j177 Privacy Policy in its entirety.

j177 encrypts all personal and financial data using 256-bit SSL encryption. CNIC documents and KYC materials are stored under strict access controls and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or by j177's licensing obligations. All content on j177 — including but not limited to the j177 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, odds data, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of j177 or its licensed suppliers. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without j177's prior written consent.

j177 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j177 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the j177 Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j177 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the j177 Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from service interruption, technical failures, software errors, or network connectivity issues.

j177's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their j177 account in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j177 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption or error. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. j177 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during maintenance or as a result of events outside j177's reasonable control.

13.1 j177's Right to Suspend or Terminate

j177 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Request by a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Player self-exclusion request.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, j177 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Balances in legitimately closed accounts (e.g., following voluntary self-exclusion) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deducting any outstanding obligations. Bonus balances and winnings generated through bonus play are forfeited upon termination for breach.

In the event of any dispute relating to your j177 account, any bet, withdrawal, bonus, or any other matter, you must first contact j177 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. j177 aims to resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

j177's decision on any bet outcome — including cricket betting results and casino game results — is based on the records maintained in j177's system, which are the authoritative record in all disputes. In the event of any discrepancy between the player's recollection of events and j177's system records, j177's system records shall prevail.

If you are not satisfied with j177's response to your complaint, you may refer the matter to the relevant international gaming regulatory authority under which j177 holds its gaming licence. Full details of the complaints escalation process are available from j177 support.

j177 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the j177 Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where amendment is required immediately by law or by regulatory authority instruction.

Continued use of the j177 Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using j177 and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming laws under which j177 operates. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through j177's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international gaming regulatory authority.
